SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will be shipped from our facility within 7-14 days from date of purchase, unless noted in the product description, for example: personalized products do come from an outside vendor and arrive in 3-4 weeks.  
You will receive a email with tracking once your order has shipped. 
Your shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

RETURN POLICY

The only time we will accept returns or send refunds or replacements is if your items arrive broken or you receive items you did not order. We will not accept returns on custom orders. Please double check all custom options, spelling, colors, etc.… before checkout.
 
For any damaged products, reach out to us within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund. If you are still able to use the damaged products, we will not issue a refund or send replacements.
